As a general guide, the styling investment is most effective at around 0.4% of the property value — for a $1,000,000 property, that's approximately $4,000. Full property styling starts from $3,000; partial styling and consultations are also available, and with Elepay there's nothing to pay until settlement. We provide a complimentary quotation tailored to your individual needs.
Yes. We strongly advise completing any maintenance such as painting and fresh carpet before styling. If existing finishes are in good condition, a professional clean is often very beneficial.
