Every quote is built for your home — its size, the rooms we style, the length of your campaign and the distance from our Moss Vale warehouse. As a guide, most homes are styled for around 0.4% of their expected sale price: about $3,200 for an $800,000 home, or $4,800 for a $1.2 million home (incl. GST). Your quote is complimentary and fully itemised. And with pay-later options, there's nothing to pay until settlement, subject to approval.

Our quotations are typically completed within 1 business day. We aim to complete installations within two weeks of quotation acceptance, subject to availability.

Yes. We scope a budget from local nightly rates and occupancy, then design, source, assemble and install everything the property needs to be guest-ready. Pricing is cost-plus and transparent: furniture and homewares at cost plus a procurement margin, with project, design and installation fees, all set out in your proposal after scoping. We'll tell you what's required and when, but registration with council and the NSW short-term rental register is completed by the owner. We can arrange fittings and fixtures the property needs, and recommend local photographers, painters and flooring specialists.
